These terms apply to your use of 0pc.club, a private forum at https://0pc.club ("the forum", "we", "us"). By signing in, you agree to them.
Membership
- The forum is invite-only. You need an invitation, or an account created by an administrator, to join.
- Use your real identity and keep your sign-in methods secure. You are responsible for activity on your account.
- Founding members receive lifetime access at no charge. If we offer paid memberships in the future, their price and terms will be shown before you pay.
What you post
- You keep ownership of what you post. You give us permission to store it and show it to forum members so the forum can work.
- Only post content you have the right to share, and do not post anyone's private information without their permission.
Confidentiality
Members share real numbers, setups and plans here because the forum is private. Do not copy, screenshot or share other members' posts outside the forum without their permission.
Acceptable use
- No spam, unsolicited advertising, or repeated self-promotion outside the places meant for it.
- No harassment, threats, or hateful content.
- No illegal content, malware, or attempts to break, overload or scrape the forum.
Moderation
Administrators may edit, hide or remove content, and suspend or remove accounts that break these terms or harm the community. We try to explain our decisions, but we are not obliged to host any content.
Ending your membership
You can stop using the forum and ask us to delete your account at any time by emailinghello@0pc.club. See the Privacy Policy for what happens to your data.
No warranty
The forum and everything posted in it are provided "as is". Posts are members' own opinions and experiences, not professional, legal, financial or tax advice. We do not guarantee the forum will always be available or error-free.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for losses caused by content other members post or by decisions you make based on it.
Changes
We may update these terms. If the change is meaningful, we will post the new version here and let members know in the forum.
